科研简介 (Scientific research)

主要从事生命分析化学与纳米医学基础及应用研究。在纳米生物传感新技术、功能核酸纳米材料、纳米药物和纳米疫苗等方面,进行较为系统的研究。利用二维材料石墨烯对单链DNA的独特吸附能力和对荧光探针的电子转移猝灭性能,在国际上首次结合氧化石墨烯和生物分子,建立了快速、高灵敏、高选择性检测DNA和蛋白质的新方法。近年来已发表SCI论文140余篇。研究论文总共被引用11064余次,单篇最高被引2228次,30篇被引超过100次,H-index为51,申请发明专利29件,授权15件。主持国家重点研发计划课题,国家自然科学基金面上基金,福建省杰出青年基金等项目。曾获全国优秀博士学位论文提名奖和福建省青年科技奖,入选海外高层次人才引进计划、福建省“闽江学者”特聘教授及福建省百人计划。
